The deep soaking bathtub wasn't my preference, but others might enjoy it.

Great buffet breakfast, multiple payment options, and easy check-out process. View of the park with blooming lotuses was a nice touch. Luggage storage available.

We loved the location of the hotel as it was very accessible from nearby train station , made our daily commute easy. The room was clean and had all the necessary essentials, like free toiletries and a microwave, a nice touch. The hotel's location was fantastic, just a stone's throw from Ueno Park, a bustling and vibrant area filled with beautiful cherry blossoms and playgrounds for the kids. It was also a mere skip away from the eclectic Ameyoko Shopping Area, where the family enjoyed exploring quirky stalls and trying local street food.

In my wife's opinion, the hotel could benefit from offering larger family rooms to accommodate the needs of families with children.

The original hair dryer was a blast! The corridor had a fancy atrium. The front desk was open 24/7, because apparently, people lose their luggage and need to exchange currency at all hours.

How lovely it was to discover that private parking costs a mere JPY 3000 per night! Such a steal!

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and when I requested thicker pillows, they were promptly delivered. The bathroom was compact and well-designed, with an enjoyable bath experience. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to meet our needs, from changing pillows to providing English TV and even offering printing facilities. Additionally, the hotel accommodated our request for a room with a city view. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, featuring a variety of dishes including daikon. Furthermore, the hotel's proximity to the train station made it convenient for us to travel to the airport, and there were plenty of food options nearby, including Ameyoko market and GU.

The hotel's location is one of the best aspects. It's very close to the train station, making it easy to access. Just right next to the park with a lake view which is great to see. The lake view room lets you immerse in cherry blossoms in season.

The room is quite small and doesn't provide enough space for a bigger suitcase.

The caring staff sweetly assisted my elderly parents on my first visit. The hotel offers Wi-Fi, 24-hour services, a restaurant, massage, and spa. With modern amenities, it suits my needs perfectly. I'll be returning for New Year.
